Yes, its possible. No problem in most cases.
Anyway you can try to add if they dont allow it the system wont accept your IBAN

Do you know when ebay return rate % restarts ?
For example if at the moment I have 20% return rate will it become 0% after 6 months or 1 year ?

The problem is little bit different with my account.
Its personal, and they asked me to upgrade to business.
I will try to exclude Germany as you said and I hope there wont be any restrictions...
