It didn't work for 2 weeks for me. I was able to withdraw from the money tab so I didn't care but thought...wow, that's a long time if I didn't have that money tab backup. But now I can't withdraw...

Supernova....so you tried the Money tab on top too and still getting the message. If you are fully verified can you call into Paypal and ask when they are going to fix this and report back here?
