I think its a fraud prevention method used by many online sellers. Please do correct me if I am wrong but some sellers choose to decline PayPal payments if the buyer has no bank account or debit card...

I had an issue not being able to link a bank account to a limited account that had its funds eligible for withdrawal. I rang them up and in my case they intentionally displayed them error messages...

I wouldn't think its impossible. If you have the right inventory and suppliers then all it takes is a lot of hard work if you're going to do this solo, this is in my opinion anyways...

Same IP but a different computer, I have since sold the previous one I used so that may be why. I have the options to verify my phone number or provide documents. None of their phone calls or texts...
