Thanks! That is one option however the fees are huge - almost 10% on a £50 top up, and also the AVS will be a hassle when paying large amounts... But if that's the only option, I guess it will have...

What I have been using is using room numbers for the first line of address as "Room 1, 234 London Road"

I use my iPhone to check steath accounts, the normal mail app. But make sure you turn off photo loading in the settings, as ebay/paypal can track this.
