Registered Zip code at vanillagift.com about 10 minutes before I entered it on ebay.
Was from a 3 pack of $25 cards...

Call it in or use twitter and they will reinstate the account. I've had to do it with 2 accounts in the last month, which are now selling without issues.

You are not supposed to use real information. Also bank account is not needed until you are ready to withdraw from PP.

I don't believe this is correct. I have an account that was created 3 months ago and no problems with listing first item. It was a purchased account from here and I let it age under my IP for 30 days...
