Agreed, eBay and Adyen are corporations. Not Government bodies. Therefore they would not have access to Government databases to confirm that passports and driving licences provided by eBay sellers...

Does anybody else think that eBay might be verifying personal MP accounts differently to business accounts? Maybe they arent so strict until you turnover a certain amount of money (like Paypal).

I think using the same bank accounts would definitely link them - and as the bank account now attached to an Ebay account is supposed to be your own it might look a bit dodgy if 5 people are using...

Maybe contact them through Live Chat and ask for an increase to your seller limit. I had a similar problem and they fixed it for me.

It's been over 6 months since they closed my accounts. I never found out why and nothing ever happened. I have done DSAR requests with CIFAS and nothing was listed. I have had no problems...
