I was in a similar situation and ebay did NOT allow me to attach a new bank. They said the funds would be sent to the State under the escheatment procedure.

now I only have one ebay as its now in my real name.
As soon as I changed the old stealth ebay over to MP I added my single-member llc into MP and then put in my real name as owner (last 4 SS)....

yes from the postal code on the tracking origin location they can see a mismatch city/State. Why dont you just put the 'item location' as the one where these drop-shipping item ship from?
