I made a amazon.com business account, it got locked. It is on the same email as my seller account so it is also locked.

In my experience, it asks you to add a card. Then near the bottom (if it forces you to use the card) it says it will use the balance first and card second. I've actually never seen it charge my card...

I've recently added transferwise USA account to a paypal. There is two options ; USA or CA account when adding, and I select the former.
