It isn't as easy as just setting up a new paypal, you will need a fresh ebay too.

In fact it is safest to have maybe 3 or 4 stealth set ups, even as a starter, to spread the risk.

Yes but they have cut offs. They have worked for me in the past with only one day of delays.

I believe (off the top of my head) any withdrawals before 3pm go through by 5.30pm and any withdrawals...
