Idk but I would assume its -XXXX $ and then the bank would come after you for the amount then if you dont pay get hit with the chexx system

bank has 'temporarily' credited the money back to my account while its being investigated. im sure sure banks hate paypal and this credit hopefully rides true. thanks @glacier922 for informing me...

im using a jetpack from verizon... no vpn, not sure what the crackdown is

just tried on a sprint hotspot as well still same, 'cannot process at this time' when i try to withdraw

bank confirm paypal reversed the funds, not issue on bank end.

what bank do you use cause chase told me 10 days and they will send me a letter to sign then they may credit my account pending...

this was a limited account, that got a email eligible for withdrawl.

the money was successfully sent to my bank, then two days later it was reversed by paypal somehow. i got a email from paypal...

The era of PP stealth is slowly coming to an end. It wont happen over night but get it eventually down to bank regulations for PP accounts

Whats going on with your accounts/withdrawls? some of mine recently became 'eligible for withdrawal' and I added a bank already, and I just transferred $200 to a bank, got hit with '2 hour delay'...
