I didn't get any echecks so I know that won't help.

What are instant bank payments? Never heard...

With 400+ transactions and only 500 over the 20K, there might be a good chance I don't get a 1099 if what you say is true.

What about VISA debit cards that are linked to a bank, are they treated...

Not worried about paying taxes on it, I do not want a 1099...

If it says you received $20,000 for 2017

and you have $2,000 in refunds.

Will a 1099 be generated since you have only received 18,000 total?

products sold in 2016 with zero issues for 10 years now are banned in 2017.

Yes, they want to see your schedule C and probably could care less about your 1099 most of the time, some lenders for commercial want to tie the sales to the income statement is my understanding so...

This is my first year not getting a 1099.

Commercial loan will most likely require it.


When I put the LLC name in paypal, include the LLC at the end or it doesnt matter that specific?

I agree 100%. I won't wait until tomorrow to remove the one EIN and get a new one up there.

1) Get an new LLC under my SS# and my business name.

2) Update the paypal to have the new LLC EIN....

How is it different from what people do with adding a tax ID and running 50K through it and then getting a letter from the IRS that the name on the account and paypal don't match?
