How would you go about processing refund? If it comes back out your bank it would go to the aggregator (Adyen) which will show the real name of account holder

unusual for ebay to suspend a buyer account, that email message you received is what you usually get soon after listing your first item,

Check your defects on DSR page, i'm sure i had a account with late delivery rate (where tracking shows delivered after expected date) and i did not see a promote listing option

When they say it does not have a paypal account linked, that is linked differently and is done when you either buy an item...
