If you're using dedicated VPNs, IMO VM all day. It's all about minimizing risk (mistakes you might make). If you run multiple FF's you're running into forgetting firing the right VPN for that...

This is NOT true. Payoneer works with PP (at least US). I have personally added it to my real account and in fact last week I have accidently withdraw money there and had ZERO issues. Proof below.

No problem at all. Ebay doesnt really care if you're shipping from YOUR location on file. As long as returning products, always send YOUR label and you only need to add in Ebay the tracking numbers...

When opening a new PP account, I verify phone, email and add a CC. Then go back a day or two and add the bank account. Never had a loop, errors or any other issues.
