my earlier method:
1) email registration
2）use a Vodafone sim card and its 4G IP to register an eBay account
3) list an item after 48h

eBay account was restricted after 30min

I tried to register several UK eBay accounts but these accounts were restricted after I listed first listings.
Any ideas?

Only REAL details and High Street Bank accounts will pass the verification of MP, i.e. stealth accounts are dead

I used T-Mobile SIM card in a 4G USB dongle.
IP address doesn't change after I reboot the dongle...
Which SIM card has a large IP pools? AT&T? Verizon?...
It would be greatly appreciated if anyone...

within 2 months but you can not withdraw your money 180 days later as they will ask you for docs again
