No, it’s a mobile hot spot which is a device that lets you have WiFi anywhere you go. You can use your phones hotspot service but I would highly advise against this.

I have been using MyPrivateProxy (https://www.myprivateproxy.net/billing/aff.php?aff=2642), I have yet to find another service thats as solid as that one.

Correct, thats how I and others use to do it before. I could create my eBay accounts and then get the seller account setup and not list for 2-3 months or whatever.

100% agreed, I have been using the same methods for account creation for a while and have not had any issues.

But this happening to all the accounts with Revolut VCC US is a HUGE red flag.

Yes, but the bank was not the issue. eBay accepted the VCC but then between 1-3 days…….all accounts that have Revolut VCC’s were permanently suspended.
