I completely forgot that I paid using PayPal. Uber eats refused to refund me so I went to my bank. If I knew I used PayPal I would’ve just made a dispute.

No, it was my only paypal account. I used it for personal and business. The buyers cannot pay me. When they try and send the payment on paypal it says "seller cannot currently receive payments"
