Have same issue for last 24h. It is up to ebay i think. Same issue, new account. Happened before also, it fixes in few hours - day sometimes faster sometimes slower

Yep faced that in summer with bitcoin keyword now with some others i won't mention. I think that ebay sends back to pp some suspicious things (in this case keyword) and it flags and limits alter....
