Try creating the account with a REAL IP ADDRESS, or residential/mobile proxies instead.

I suggest when you list your very first item, use a REAL IP address, and not from a VPN datacenter IP.

Yes, when you do this quite too often, a security bot is triggered for 'unusual activity'.
I recommend just do this once in a while. or like withdraw at least twice a month or something. Until this...

Also, it is not mandatory that you really need to link/verify the account with VCC or Banks, you can still use the account...
