Anyone having issues with PayPal deposits to metabank through RushCard?

Has anyone had their PayPal deposit held up by metabank through RushCard? I was told by RushCard that they are having a system issue with metabank and my PayPal deposit has been completed for 4 days....

I can't add a bank it gives me an error?? Never saw it happen like this before but I can transfer to the old bank account. I tried and it began I just don't have the account anymore.

You need to check your emails you'll find an email stating you're permanently limited it doesn't take more than a few hours to review docs. Once they permanently limit you it will still show that...
