Its not a specific seller its all sellers. Most cc sold here are from India. Useless for a canada or usa account. Instant ban.

If i had to guess EU might be stricter with letting adyen and identity checks poke around.

My main account is over 6 years with many warnings but never a suspension, so far.

Ive tried many times. Just block them and try to contact them outside of etsy and come to an arrangement. Or get his info and make some stealths in his name till he gets banned ;)
