If you already involved to UK MP there is no sense to convert account to another country in order to avoid MP. If you wasn’t that may help. Just change address on eBay to Russian and your country...

May works, testing it now. You cannot use eBay with stealth data now, only real data. Mismatched names on bank account doesn’t matter

You can withdraw to Revolut Visa VCC, even to one-time card. Works only for Visa, not MasterCard

Do not verify phone on your account straight away after account creation. Create ebay account, browse for a week, then verify phone number, browse a next week and then list item (no risk items).
