The VCC Number is 16 Digits that are private information with expiry date & cvv code.

Also you can just do that easily going to your PayPal Wallet page. it'll work if the vcc is alive.

You should consider buying multiple accounts that has no holds whatsoever.

Also try to go for some old/aged accounts they would not be problematic as much.

You can easily get access to your paypal cash plus account without any hassle if you have added your ssn etc. if not then buy it & using VBA's works perfectly...
