I think so too, i assume even if bricked they still work abroad anyway but i'm hoping i can at least cause them some problems

I recently sold a brand new network unlocked samsung on ebay. Buyer has scammed. I've reported it stolen to the police who have put it on their stolen property list but this doesn't blacklist it....

ask them to open a case on ebay, provide tracking in the case. Ebay will side with seller, if buyer kicks up enough fuss ebay will reimburse them out of their pocket. Once the case is in your favour...

Well i'm glad to hear if pushed ebay should take liability. They charge enough in fees. Does anyone know the time limit before they will take it on? royal mail consider 10 working days lost.

there site is back up but keeps refreshing recaptcha endlessly

anyone struggling with this. www.parcelsapp.com does a better job of tracking royal mail than royal mail does.
