Nah, Etsy doesnt see your PP account info when you RECEIVE payments there.
However you can get linked and suspended if you try to pay your fee's with your paypal account.

yeah i do have one which is working already about a year. The way you create it is almost same as Ebay Stealth.
As there is no Etsy Payments there, you dont need any id or social security or stuff...

Use Virtual Cards.

if you dont change your business name on paypal, you can still use it. BUT DO NOT EVER pay your fee's with it.
However if you change your business name as well, you can pay your fee's with paypal...
