How safe is it for tax purposes to have the account owned under a friend's details, dob, ssn, info etc, and then have it in my LLC/EIN?

As long as the 1099k is generated in my LLC/EIN...

no it's a real bank, it's my bank. I was getting deposits and all for payments until it wanted months later to verify my personal details since they obviously didn't check out because they're ⊗⊗⊗⊗....
