No PayPal can only see the name if they debit the account or you send money from the bank to pp. If you use a prepaid acc then they won't even see the name when you transfer to PayPal as account...

Ive added banks to new paypals that would only link after 24hrs had passed and others that link straight away. So maybe wait if pyapal account is new.

Hm i don't know what the filters restrict but I've done so in the past. Just got to be creative and experiment. Once you manage that maybe ask the buyer to do several partial payments.

It depends on the site. Some will process non 3D cards but others are less tolerable and demand 3D. But anyway doubt people will give the source, I don't. Takes too much trial and error to just...
