They won't. Since they implemented MP it takes more outstanding fees to get an account suspended for non payment. I do not know the exact amount, could be around 10 . Maybe other members know more.

Again , they advertise that you keep the same IP 30 min using Sticky and you say its not a problem. It does not matter if it is a problem or not, the Sticky IP is FALSE Advertisement if it does not...

I have the exact opposite problem.
I also bought a new Residential Plan.
Configured it in Proxifier, i do not want to use the extension.
But the sticky is not working, the ip changes before...

It does not matter if it is business or personal. Usually the instant suspension is caused by some issue in the account creation ( IP, phone number etc.).
Or it can be caused by the personal details...

I got a similar message on an Estonian Business account.
I had the item location in Germany and i was asked by eBay.de to add VAT information otherwise i can be banned from dealing in Germany....
