after 2 months, pp made balance transfer to another pp as internal transfer.
it was my third and last paypal acc that provided to them,
first 2 provided accs already got limited

actually not changed number, they don't wish to remove security check to add new bank account.

they sent mail after my phone call
also i wrote receiver pp as my other stealth one.
actually i heard this solution offer from them before but at that time they asked also receiver pp holder's ID...

your balance will be limited for 180 days.
and after 180, you still need to upload docs to withdraw...
