yes, forgot to tell, do not reg business accounts, once u got biz account they will ask VAT after 2500 pounds or dollars received from sales, they are not asking from personal accounts to add ur VAT

No idea about .de or .co.uk but when you reg .com it has no problems, master card or visa also not a problem, first reg paypal and verify, wait 2 days, than reg ebay and link, everything works...
