In cases with no approval they usually block the accounts. However, in my case they just keep silent.

However, there is one more type of removal: VeRo removals.

It seems they are not going to remove payout blocks from our accounts.
They just keep promising but do not take any actions.
I have uploaded docs 22 days ago!
It is risky to accept money on these...

I admit it is illegal, but these laws are unenforceable mostly for non-US residents and eBay never reports such behavior for initiating prosecution.
