Someone on this site. the user "Murdered by Ebay" Recommended that you change the details during the MP signup, they said after you are done signing up for MP, your Ebay account will be updated...

A guy that initially passed MP got banned 2 days ago, he said its probably due to the items he was selling, who knows how long it could last if you are lucky enough to pass MP with Stealth
