This only works if you offer FREE RETURNS. It is a benefit of free returns, and has been around for awhile now, for all types of returns.

I believe you don't get a fee refund if it's more than 10% back. Because after all, the fees are more than that, so what's the point. I've been able to get the fees back too. But then again, charge...
