They do but only on phones that originated using Verizon that now make a prepaid version for Tracfones. However you can't take a phone you have been using on Verizon and switch it to Tracfone.

The P4 has the AT&T Sim card and P5 is T-Mobile. It all depends on which network works in your area. Where you will see the P4 is above the activation Barcode..... Not the UPC code. :)

A lot depends on which network the Tracfones are using. Some use AT&T others use T-Mobile. You can tell which one based on if there is a P4 or P5 at the end of the model number. I can send a...
