i started recording my IPs lol. copy/paste the IP into notepad each time. then each time i go on, i use the 'find' option in notepad to see if that day's IP has already been used. if so just unplug...

That's what I used to think, so like you I didn't record the IPs. Turns out that, whilst it does change each time, it just recycles a set collection of the same IPs in that area.
