regarding ID, you need to test it and try creating another account to see if it works but like I said it does work but it doesn't mean it will work for everyone - you have to test it.

no, it works based on eBay's automated flagging system. They will suspend your account for a range of reasons automatically.

Despite what they say NO account is ever manually reviewed or looked...

don't even need to do that, can just clear browser cache. but best to keep accounts separate by user profile if long term.

WIN10 is not an issue, just make sure you use a diff profile with it's own browser profile which it will be default on a new profile - so you don't need to do or change anything.

1. Your IP address - are you ensuring its not been used before to access any other eBay accounts past or present? i.e. do you keep a log of the IP and check its really fresh each time? all it takes...
