You haven't had any issues paying eBay fees with a bank account? Also, what if I paid for it with my credit card that is in my real name? I never really noticed that it offers a credit card/bank...

Yes, ALL accounts now have this feature. My aged ones, and my newer ones. There is absolutely no way around it. They will not allow you to use PayPal to transfer funds for ANYTHING besides sending it...

Verifying it with what exactly? If it is a stealth account, the details aren't real. And yes I confirmed it with bank account and credit card so those are confirmed?

Nope, called PayPal and they wanted to "verify" my identity before adding a new PayPal account. She sent a text message to my phone number listed with the account, and then I read that back to her....

Yes I did, and I didn't even do anything? I received the email this morning at 9AM. They removed my bank account saying that a withdrawal had been declined?

Also, I have also called PayPal and spoken with them in length about this issue. If your account currently doesn't have this feature/limitation it soon will. They are doing this to prevent money...
