you have to first sign up for a reloadable visa...

you have to first sign up for a reloadable visa card..
then you get the bpay code..

you can only use bpay for reloadable cards..(such as Canvas\Only1visa)
NOT credit cards\debit cards etc.

you can not withdraw money from your pp account...

you can not withdraw money from your pp account to the card
but you can reload it with bpay by getting the Bpay code for your card and then sending payment through your bank account\internet banking
