Doesnt really affect the search rating but it is quite possible the competitor just has been working with the yellow warning on his image and is still able to list

eB community forums are overrun by people with advice that is NOT always in your best interest - lot of silly issues and not much support...you are wiser to be on this site :)

30 days are good if you want to set it and forget it - put a little Buy It now or Best offer and that can help too.
