You should use something like xLogin, as it seems PayPal now looks at your setup more closely, and popping up users does not work well anymore, as CanvasID and other fingerprints are not unique...

Ebay is getting more and more advanced.

You should try resident IPs + fresh PC.

For example our account have an already active 1st listing. So you skip a lot of headache already. ;)

Video games/new account = limited account

You need to start by selling low risk items. Introduce high risk items once the accounts established
