as all subsequent paypals will also be limited, may last 2 months or 3 months but eventually will be closed

they will send an automated response but reply to that message

actually paypal has stated they can transfer funds of a closed paypal, that is permanently limited to another paypal account. However this action is not straight forward. I tried this 3 times on...

just make sure you keep a list of each ip address used for each account

you don't need a different dongle for each account either as each time you plug it in it will give a different ip address.

this looks like it will save time but do you have an alternative to changing your ip address rather then taking the dongle in and out till you have a clean address ?
