My guess is these "banks" might not be a bank at all, but more of a type of money transmitter or agent that uses corespondent banks to complete their transfers.

An example is TransferWise, which gives you access to various banks in different countries to send funds from one to another.

There are always going to be fees of some sort, especially when exchanging from one currency to another.

Money Transmitters don't always require SSN. Most do, however need to comply with KYC/AML regs and the like. At least in the USA. The OP was mainly looking for a payment provider to handle 300k usd to 1M$ per year on a stealth basis.

Hi there, you have several options:

1. Start a PayPal US business account with real EIN. It is definitely possible to get an EIN and US PayPal as a non-US resident.

2. Instead of PayPal, use another credit card processor such as Authorize.net.

I have done both of the above before, feel free to shoot me a PM if you want more info.

Now I have a counter question for you!
What kind of stuff are you selling, with those kind of numbers?! Where do you source them from? May I look at your website? Haha very interested!

Try to buy from them. They sell paypal very cheap and with documents.
but the problem will be withdrawal. How you will withdraw from those paypal accounts?
This business is not done on aspkin. Be careful of what you say about
Accounts with documents.

You need to read the Forum rules.

https://www.aspkin.com/forums/faq.php

Rule 2 applies to you.

I had the same problem (lower turnover).
What is did:
1. Order CA PayPal accounts from epimetheus039 (Highly recommended!)
2. Create ip's address proxy in CA for etch PayPal account.
3. Create script that connect my woocommarce to PayPay API and generate my client invoice (without website needed) and using same proxy.
4. Login to this accounts with Multilogin, and sending money out.

My script also doing load-balancing between all accounts to spread the turnover, and limit accounts to 2 transactions for day in first week then 4 transactions next week that way account grow slowly.

For now i have 12 account and 1 was dead (asking for documents). My script & server can handle unlimit number of accounts that way. Only thing is for withdraw you need to do it manually using Multilogin.
