Hello Aspkin Members.

I've heard from a few people now, most recent person been today, that in the past they've had permanently limited personal accounts, however they've opened business accounts under a business name and they haven't got banned, i've heard this from multiple people in the UK now, and today heard it from someone in the US too. All these people by no means are paypal gurus, they just run normal businesses so I was just wondering, have these just got incredibly lucky or is this quite normal? Non of these are by any means doing small numbers either. One friend has about $2.5-5k going in per day from a shopify store.

It's doable and legal in USA. A business with its own tax ID is a different entity than an individual with an SSN in the eyes of the gov't. I would imagine it's similar in UK but :noidea:

It doesn't matter whether it's business or personal.
If your activity raise questions eBay and PP will always nail you regardless.

Understand that, but then what is the solution, one solution being open many accounts and spread the business, fine, then can not open that many bank acc to attach to each pp, how to withdraw funds from pp then,

Eb and pp are that sensitive, even a leaf moves they wake up,
