PP acct limited. Can I add new PP acct to same ebay acct?

My PP account got limited yesterday and now asking for Photo ID, social, etc. My ebay account is fine and good standing. Can I add a new PP acct to the existing ebay account or is this going to throw up red flags? Does the new PP account have to have all the same info, or just be another stealth acct? Or do I have to start all over with new ebay and paypal?

Attaching a new paypal to your ebay account may work to start off with, but will soon get shut down.

Instead it is best to go full stealth and invest your time in starting a new set of accounts. New paypal on new ebay is the way to go.

Wont work as it will get instantly linked to the limited account and get taken down as well.

So many posts about this topic - it MAY last for a bit but it's not a longterm solution since this new pp can also get suspended at any time.

Thanks guys. I figured as much. It is exhausting reading through so many old posts. Just a few mins ago eBay just restricted my account as well, wanting ID, invoices, etc. So looks like I have to start all over. I had perfect accounts. 150+ feedback. 1.5 yrs old. $25k ebay limit. No issues with shipments, cases, anything. I was withdrawing $2k a month. Then all of a sudden over the weekend my sales we a little higher than normal and it was all over with. What a waste. Guess I should have had at least another 2-3 backups going.

Get backups going but have you contacted eb about the accounts? Tried to negotiate reinstatement?

No. I just assumed there is nothing I can do without providing photo ID or social. EIN and invoices are fine, but the rest is an issue. When I tried upgrading the PP acct to business, before asking for the EIN it wanted last 4 of social and DOB. Is it ok to use my own here as it just looks as if it verifies against some database for patriot act?
