PAYPAL, invoice/business info

Hi there,

I recently had a stealth account require documents i.e invoices of my stock, business information, tracking info etc.. i have uploaded these now but wondering how long does it take for them to review?

I have money in the account that is frozen and my ebay fees need paying (they have tried to take payment but has been reversed) Don't want my ebay to be ruined due to not paying the fees.

Any advice would be gratefully received, i know a lot of people don't recommend calling paypal but i am seriously considering it.

The normal response time is within 48 hours.

All of the resolution steps need to have an "In progress" or "Completed" mark beside them for the review to take place.

Thanks for that, the tracking one i have already submitted but it doesn't say "In progress" or "Completed" i have clicked on resolve but i can't upload tracking again, is that normal?

There are 4 parts to this i have 1 x "Completed" 2 x "In Progress" and the tracking one just says resolve with nowhere to add tracking info again.
