Default New UK Business PayPals currently have no holds

Hi subs,

This relates to the thread I created here; http://www.aspkin.com/forums/subscri...thdrawals.html

I've now gone on the create 7 UK business PayPal's all of which have no holds whatsoever from the get go.This has not been hit and miss, it's been 7 consecutive registrations over the last month or so. One of these accounts has seen the holds return after around 45 days of trading- but nevertheless I feel this info is worth sharing in the subs section as I assume this will be the same for all. Take advantage while you can.

I have only tested business accounts, not personal. Shared in subs to as no make this public knowledge.

Enjoy!

Thanks, that's good to know.

There are some countries that never get a hold, or some that get holds for higher amounts.

Was it a broad range of amounts?

Some accounts have been averaging £20-£30 per transaction, others £60-£80. The one account that had holds return was (not so) conincidently an account I accepted a £130 payment through. Those funds were withdrawable but the hold came on shortly after.

I appreciate from researching these forums that these things are often glitches and holds can return at any time but it's worth pointing out that for whatever reason, at present seemingly all biz accounts are getting through.

Yes often smaller amounts, under £30 or so are ok

Maybe Paypal are being more generous for once in the run up to Christmas, usually it's the opposite though
