Cant send any messages on ebay

I cant send anyone or reply to my customer it keeps saying

Message not sent.

For your protection, exchanging phone numbers through eBay messages is not allowed.

Please remove the phone number from your message and try again.

Even tho i have no number in my message?

Do you have any sort of number (like an item number?) or email address in the message?

Reply to your customers messages directly from your email adress to bypass ebay message filters / errors.

Don't mess about with the subject or message content as it may not go through otherwise.

Dude, just go to paypal and get their email address off of Paypal and email them. Sheeesh.

Normally I have this happen when I try to respond to feedback received. Normally, you can logout and log back in on the same page and it will fix it.

Does your username have numbers or maybe some signature on bottom of e-mail?

Do they have a phone number or some other series of numbers in their question?

Do you use the words 'phone' or 'number' or 'call' in close proximity to each other?
