What do you think a VBA is? I think your confused on what a VBA really is and how it works. Just so you know, a VBA is not a real bank account, nor can they be purchased at a "Store". I would suggest you get the VBA from this forum where we have trusted and verified sellers.

I know what a VBA is. I only want it for verification purposes for Paypal. The ones who are selling them are getting them from somewhere obviously so I guess I have to research and find out where. If I can't find one on my own then I will purchase here.

I went to the forum and there was just so many I got lost. lol
VBA stands for virtual bank account used to verify a PayPal account but not good for withdrawing money. As far as how the sellers of VBA's create them... That's not information that will be just given to you.
I have purchased from a couple from different sellers on the forum and they work just fine.
