eBay has no limits to how many eBay accounts you can have

But if you want to play it safe, stick to 1.

eBay only allows 1 PayPal account though so don't make the mistake of multiple paypals

Stick to a 1:1 ratio, that's the safest way to do it.

OK. If I have 2-3 should I change user, ip or it is just same everything?

If you're taking the risk of multiple eBay + 1 PayPal, then all eBay can be on the same IP / same browser. But if 1 gets suspended, they will all get suspended.

Most people keep it simple and safe with 1 eBay to 1 PayPal
