I have 3k paypal account limited over 180 days, received email to withdraw money.

They won't let me add bank account.


Calling paypal is not an option.

I see it as the only way forward.

How come you can't call?

You will need to if you want to add a bank account.

If they emailed to say you can withdraw money and you can't add bank, then contact is the first thing you should do

Going to have to bite the bullet and call if you can't add the bank via the website

in my experience, calling never resulted in getting a bank added

I was always told the bank owner name doesn't match the name on the PayPal account

just tried again and was told the same - Upload ID with bank statement, with option to fax

Its possible that is the case in the US

In the UK though its fine to do
