Default Found Old PayPal, not Limited?

Hi Everyone,

I was going through a list of ebay and stealth PayPal accounts ive had over the years and i found an account that is from Sept 2014

The ebay account it was attached to is Suspended,

when i logged into the PayPal account there is no notification saying it is limited, It was limited back in 2014

question is could i pull off making a new ebay account and adding this PayPal account to it?

Sure, as long as you are aware that the PayPal may go down any time.

Short term yes you can

Long term the new eBay would most likely also get limited

It sounds like this account is still limited. But, there are soft limitations and hard limitations. Soft limitation is if you dont provide Tax info when asked. Best thing to do is try to send a couple bucks to the paypal. If it is limited then it will not accept the funds.
